Mindful Balance DBT for Women is a compassionate, evidence-based resource helping adults—especially women—to cultivate emotion regulation, mindfulness, and healthier relationships. Based in Rockingham, Western Australia, we offer accessible DBT skills through Life Groups, face to face modules, and one-on-one coaching, tailored to diverse life experiences and neurodiversity.
