- Mindful Balance DBT for Women provides evidence-based, mindfulness-focused Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) skills, including Life Group programs, online modules, coaching, and related resources.
- Our Services may include self-guided materials, live group sessions, or a hybrid of format options as described on the site.
3. Eligibility
- Our Services are intended for adults. By using the Services, you affirm you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements.
- Some content may discuss mental health topics; this is informational and not a substitute for professional care.
4. Booking and Scheduling
- To book Services, you may create an account, select a program or session, and complete the required information.
- All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by us.
5. Fees and Payments
- Fees are listed on the site and are payable as described at the time of booking.
- Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors. We do not retain full card details on our servers.
- Prices are in Australian dollars and may be subject to change; you will be informed of changes before renewal or when applicable.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please follow the cancellation instructions provided in your booking confirmation or on the site.
- Refunds: Refund eligibility and policies are described on the Refund Policy page. By booking, you agree to those terms.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to penalties or charges as specified in the policy.
